1. Who chooses the selection of enlargements?
We choose the initial selection but as you receive all proofs on CD you may print your own or you may wish to re-order reprints or enlargements.
2. Can we collect our photographs next day?
All photographs are normally ready next day and can be collected from our office by 12 noon, on some busy days it may not be possible to keep to this and your photographs will be posted on to you within 48 hours.
3. We know people who have waited weeks for their photographs, how do you turn them round so quick?
We do many, many weddings at Gretna Green and could not afford to get behind in the processing, it actually suits us better to keep up to date and you have the bonus of taking your prints home with you.
4. Does the quality suffer by your fast processing times?
On the contrary, most photographers send their film etc. to Labs for processing and have little control over the quality, we process our own on site on the most up to date and high quality equipment.
5. We are arriving on our own, how can you take 20 plus photographs of just the two of us?
The majority of Gretna weddings consist of the couple on their own, we take as many photographs as we would at any wedding, in fact even at large weddings we like to concentrate on the couple, it is in fact their day !
6. I have never heard of a photographer handing over the negatives, is this a sales gimmick?
Certainly not, we have always believed the customer is entitled to have their negatives, no other service charges the client for that service and then withhold part of the goods.
7. What happens if we need to cancel?
All deposits are non refundable.

The Gretna Registration Office is conveniently situated on the opposite side of the road.
We are Open: Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and on Sunday 12 to 5pm (appointments advisable).
